Our new patient portal is part of our ongoing commitment to provide convenient access for patients to healthcare information. The HIPAA Privacy Rule gives patients access to their medical information, and we have always honored patients' requests for results. Now, we are meeting the government's Meaningful Use requirements, an integral part of healthcare reform, by providing our patients electronic access to their medical information. Our aim is always to serve you and your patients in better ways.
Using our secure portal you will be able to:
Manage personal and insurance information
Send secure messages to our staff
Pre-register for exams
Set up appointment reminders
View your diagnostic reports and images
Pay your bill
Getting started is easy! All you need is a valid email address.
If you have an upcoming appointment, you will receive an email from NO_REPLY@royalsecure.com that contains instructions on how to create a secure account for the Patient Portal. (This email may need to be marked as a safe sender in your email client.)
If you do not have an upcoming appointment, you will need to click Request an Account in the Patient Portal and proceed to enter the requested information. If you have any questions or need help, please contact us at 361-887-7000 (M-F 8 am-5 pm).
